Job Description
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN MANDARIN AND ENGLISH
Duties Develop and implement project schedules for logistics and manufacturing process improvements using advanced planning tools. Conduct root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or failures within the supply chain or production lines. Design and modify schematics and CAD drawings (using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo) for industrial equipment, tooling, and fabrication processes. Program and troubleshoot robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CNC machines, and vision inspection systems to optimize automation workflows. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve assembly line layouts, tooling setups, and process engineering initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles. Analyze factory data to support continuous improvement efforts; implement best practices inISO 9001
quality management systems. Support fabrication activities by developing schematics, CAD models, and CAM programming for CNC machining or welding projects. Conduct factory experience assessments to enhance mechanical systems, robotics integration, and industrial equipment reliability. Lead efforts in process engineering to refine manufacturing workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with a focus on industrial engineering or process engineering roles. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in assembly line setup, fabrication, or tooling development. Expertise in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo for designing schematics and mechanical components. Skilled in robot programming, CNC programming (including G-code), CAM programming, and vision inspection system integration. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial equipment troubleshooting, welding techniques, and fabrication processes. Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement strategies within a manufacturing environment. Experience working withISO 9001
standards or similar quality management systems is preferred. Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively while utilizing tools like GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) for precision engineering tasks. Strong understanding of industrial equipment operation including CNC machines, industrial robotics, and factory automation systems.
