About the Job We are seeking a Field-Focused Integration Engineer to join our robotics team and lead the deployment of our robotic systems in real-world industrial environments. You will be responsible for hands-on installation, commissioning, and integration of robotic cells in production facilities, ensuring our systems meet safety standards and customer requirements while delivering exceptional performance. Responsibilities Lead on-site installation and commissioning of robotic systems in customer facilities Design and implement integration strategies for industrial robotic cells including manipulators, safety systems, and auxiliary equipment Conduct system validation, safety assessments, and performance optimization in production environments Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and electrical codes Provide hands-on customer support, training, and field troubleshooting services Collaborate with customers to understand production requirements and adapt solutions accordingly Develop deployment documentation, risk assessments, and standard operating procedures Drive continuous improvement of field integration processes and best practices Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate system performance Requirements Bachelor's in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 3+ years of hands-on industrial robotics integration and deployment experience Proven experience integrating robots in real production environments (academic/lab-only experience is not sufficient unless accompanied by significant industrial compliance experience) Experience with 6-DOF robot arms from major manufacturers (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Universal Robots, or similar) Strong knowledge of electrical and safety standards (ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA
