In this role, you will develop engaging curricula, foster hands-on learning experiences, and mentor students through their exploration of robotics concepts. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive robotics curricula that integrate principles of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Develop lesson plans that incorporate instructional design best practices, ensuring clarity and engagement for students with varying learning needs. Facilitate hands-on activities such as robot assembly, programming, and dissection to deepen understanding of mechanical and electronic systems. Utilize learning technology tools to enhance classroom instruction and student interaction with robotics projects. Assess student progress through standardized testing, project evaluations, and formative assessments; provide constructive feedback to support growth. Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Mentor students in scientific research projects, competitions, and extracurricular activities related to robotics and STEM fields. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in education, engineering, computer science, or a related STEM field; teaching certification preferred. Proven classroom management skills with experience in lesson planning and curriculum development for diverse student populations. Strong knowledge of robotics systems, programming languages (such as Python or C++), and working with microcontrollers like Arduino or Raspberry Pi. Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools for instructional delivery and student engagement. Experience in laboratory settings including dissection, scientific research methodologies, and laboratory safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and motivate students effectively. Prior experience working with students in private school settings or specialized education programs is a plus.
