$190K - $200K "No Sponsorship" About the Role We are looking for an experienced Robotics Engineer to work on advanced robotic workforce solutions. The role involves developing and improving robotic systems, teleoperation platforms, control systems, and fleet navigation solutions. Required Skills 5+ years of software engineering experience 3+ years in robotics, aerospace, or related physical systems Strong experience with C++ and Python Experience with
ROS / ROS 2
Linux environment experience Docker deployment knowledge Experience with real-time control systems and hardware-software integration Strong understanding of Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.), along with experience working with sensor data pipelines including Cameras, LiDAR, IMUs, and Force/Torque sensors Nice to Have Experience with Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or other simulation platforms Knowledge of SLAM, Computer Vision, or ML-based perception systems Experience with low-latency networking and teleoperation systems Startup or fast-paced R D experience Ideal Candidate Someone who enjoys being hands-on with development while also supporting technical decisions and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
