  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fanuc Robot Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing Fanuc robotic systems across diverse manufacturing environments. Your expertise will ensure smooth robot system implementation, enhance productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotics technology, contribute to lean manufacturing processes, and deliver exceptional service to our clients worldwide. Duties Install, commission, and calibrate Fanuc robotic systems in various manufacturing settings, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance. Diagnose complex issues related to robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), vision inspection systems, and distributed control systems (DCS). Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades to maximize uptime and efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis on system failures and implement effective corrective actions. Develop detailed technical documentation including schematics, blueprints, AutoCAD drawings, and troubleshooting guides. Provide on-site training and technical support to client personnel on robot programming, tooling setup, machining processes, and system operation. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system layouts using SolidWorks and AutoCAD tools for enhanced manufacturability. Support lean manufacturing initiatives by optimizing robotic workflows and integrating automation solutions aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. Qualifications Proven experience working with Fanuc robotics systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Proficiency in robot and PLC programming. Familiarity with vision inspection systems and tooling used in automated manufacturing processes a plus. Skilled in Fusion 360, Roboguide, and other engineering software for system design and modifications. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently.
