DOE Requirements:
BS in Engineering, Automation or related field, Hands-on experience with Universal Robots (UR), COBOTs, Machine Vision Integration, PLC's, Industrial Automation Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with hands-on experience programming Universal Robots (UR cobots) and integrating machine vision systems in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Program, optimize, and support Universal Robots (collaborative robots) Install and integrate robots into production lines Troubleshoot automation issues and perform routine robot maintenance Integrate machine vision systems for inspection and quality control Improve automation efficiency and uptime on the production floor Create documentation and train operators and maintenance teams Ensure all robotics systems meet safety standards Manage automation-related parts inventory and BOMs Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Engineering Technology or Control Systems Engineering Hands-on experience with Universal Robots (UR) Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) Machine vision system integration experience Familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation systems Programming experience (Python, C++, or robot programming languages) Experience working in a manufacturing environment Nice to Have PLC programming experience 3D CAD or robot simulation experience Continuous improvement or process optimization experience Benefits Base Salary 100% employer paid Medical Dental Vision Long and Short Term disability 401k with match Profit Sharing PTO And much more!
