Very Important:
Must work onsite 5 days/week in Watertown, MA 2-5 Years of Robotics Software Engineering Experience Required Startup or small-team robotics experience Experience with real robotic or autonomous systems Strong hardware-software integration experience required
Must Have:
2-5 years of experience building software for robotic or autonomous systems Experience integrating software with real robotic hardware Strong C++ and/or Python programming skills Experience debugging across hardware, sensors, application logic, and runtime systems Experience with perception and sensor pipelines Hands-on experience with LiDAR, RGBD Cameras, Point Clouds, or Sensor Calibration Experience with SLAM and multi-sensor robotics systems Experience working in robotics, autonomous vehicles, defense robotics, or field robotics Ability to work across hardware and software teams Experience solving complex cross-functional engineering problems
Preferred:
Robot Arms or Gripper Integration Autonomous Vehicle Experience Field Robotics Experience AI-Assisted Development Tools Strong understanding of robotics deployment and production environments BS/MS in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
