This role combines teaching, curriculum development, and program growth . You will teach hands-on STEM classes while helping increase student enrollment and improve program quality. Ideal for someone with experience in robotics, coding, and STEM education who wants to take on a leadership role. Responsibilities Teach STEM classes to students (ages 6-16) Subjects include: Coding (Scratch, Python, etc.) Robotics (VEX Robotics, LEGO Robotics) 3D Printing & CAD Electronics (Snap Circuits) Develop and improve STEM curriculum Lead and manage STEM program growth Increase student enrollment and retention Maintain high-quality, engaging classes Assist in hiring and training instructors Support camps, workshops, and after-school programs Requirements Experience teaching STEM, robotics, or coding Knowledge of at least 2+ areas: VEX Robotics (preferred) LEGO Robotics Coding (Scratch, Python, JavaScript) 3D Printing / CAD Electronics / circuits Experience working with kids Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable, organized, and professional Preferred Qualifications Experience with VEX Robotics (strongly preferred) Prior STEM program leadership or coordination Teaching certification (not required) Passion for STEM education and technology Compensation & Benefits $16-$35 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Commission for growing student enrollment Leadership growth opportunities Flexible scheduling Schedule After school hours (weekdays) Weekend availability preferred Keywords STEM Instructor, Robotics Instructor, Coding Teacher, VEX Robotics, LEGO Robotics, STEM Teacher, After School Instructor, 3D Printing Instructor, Technology Instructor Submit your resume and a brief description of your STEM experience.
