The company is expanding its robotics education initiatives across competitive STEM programs, intelligent robotics systems, AI-powered learning experiences, and large-scale educational technology infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced robotics competition and educational systems professional to help design and scale a new generation of competition-aligned robotics platforms and STEM learning experiences for students worldwide. Role Overview The Senior Robotics Competition Systems Lead will play a critical role in helping define hardware standards, competition frameworks, robotics specifications, and educational implementation models for next-generation student robotics initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of: educational robotics STEM competitions product specification development manufacturing coordination curriculum integration robotics systems design The ideal candidate has direct experience with competitive robotics ecosystems such as
FIRST, FLL, FTC, FRC, LEGO
Education, VEX, or related educational robotics programs. Responsibilities Help define technical and operational specifications for competition-aligned robotics systems Translate educational and competition requirements into manufacturable hardware specifications Collaborate with OEM/ODM manufacturing partners on robotics product development Develop and review robotics component requirements, field systems, accessories, sensors, and educational kits Support development of scalable robotics competition frameworks for K-12 education Assist with rules alignment, gameplay concepts, hardware constraints, and safety standards Work cross-functionally with curriculum, engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams Provide strategic guidance on robotics ecosystem design and long-term platform scalability Contribute to documentation, prototype reviews, testing procedures, and iterative system improvements Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with
FIRST, FLL, FTC, FRC, LEGO
