Job Description
Oxford Solutions is working with a client to hire an experienced Robotics Software Engineer to develop and scale autonomy solutions for industrial robotic systems. This role focuses on solving complex challenges in motion planning, optimization, and control while building production-ready software that integrates with real-world robotic platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop autonomy and planning solutions for robotic systems Design and optimize algorithms for motion planning and control Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on system integration Write high-quality C++ code for production environments Test and validate systems through simulation and real-world deployment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in robotics or automation Strong C++ skills and experience with large codebases Experience with multithreading, performance optimization, and algorithm development Background in robotics, planning systems, or control algorithms
