$30.00•$40.00 per hour (W2 Only)•Must be LOCAL or willing to

RELOCATE

at your own expense•This is role is 100% ONSITE, no remote work offered•Digital Engineering (DE) studies (develop virtual robot programs, confirm process feasibility and Digital Factory) in support of New Model implementation to North America Manufacturing Centers. This role will also include onsite programming robots at manufacturing or vendor facilities, supporting equipment preparation, other production related studies, development of Weld Schedules, and department efficiency/improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Conducting DE study to produce virtual robot programs and confirm new model process feasibility Confirming Digital Factory Condition for accuracy Creating Weld Schedule Instruction Sheets and provide other supplemental documents to customers Conducting New Model process planning (DE) studies Supporting Machine Seibi in new model preparation activities, including programming robots at vendor locations or manufacturing centers Preparing and confirming new or modified Body Weld equipment at the vendors or manufacturing centers Develop equipment countermeasures during planning/set-up/trial phases

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•Hiring Mgr wants someone who can describe their actual experience teaching in industrial robots in 3D simulation software•

EDUCATION

Associate technical degree (or higher), or 2 years of experience teaching robots both in a 3D simulation environment or onsite at the teach pendant Robotic programming of industrial robots using teach pendants and/or offline programming using Delmia (C3) or other simulation software. (intermediate) DELMIA (C3) or similar 3D robot simulation software experience, including performing 3D robot simulation studies for offline robot programming (other simulation tools considered). Proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Other Requirements:

30%•Domestic/International TRAVEL after the first 3 months, including weekends and shutdown support as needed. A valid passport and, if applicable, a work permit are mandatory. 50%•Able to work extensive OVERTIME, including weekends and holidays.

CAROTT/DE SEIBI, MACHINE

SEIBI or

ROBOT PRE-DE
