Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous capabilities for heavy construction equipment Architect high-level planners for new construction tasks Mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams through technical design reviews and implementation Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and operations teams to integrate robotic systems into the field Improve reliability, safety, and performance of deployed autonomous systems Own technical road maps and help shape long-term product strategy
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience developing robotics or autonomous systems Strong proficiency in Python and C++ Experience with robotic frameworks such as
ROS/ROS2
Experience with controls, motion planning, localization, and/or perception systems Strong understanding of distributed systems and real-time software architectures
