This is an independent contractor role. This is a perfect opportunity for current college students majoring in Engineering. Core Responsibilities Lead camps in Java, Python, and introductory data science. Facilitate robotics projects using the LEGO Spike platform. Adapt instruction to suit varying skill levels, from novice to advanced.
- Maintain a productive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Required Qualifications Programming:
Proficiency in Python and Java, with the ability to teach core concepts and troubleshoot student code in real time.
Data Science:
Practical experience in data manipulation, visualization, and analysis using Python libraries.
Robotics:
Hands-on experience with at least one robotics platform, along with knowledge of block-based logic.
Instructional Experience:
Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring school-aged children in either formal or informal STEM settings.
Professional Independence:
Capable of performing reliably as an independent contractor, effectively managing class time, engaging students, and handling basic classroom logistics without direct supervision.
Contract Terms & Compensation Commitment:
One 3-hour shift per day, Monday through Friday, for the duration of the camp session.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience (contractor basis).
