Job Description

Robotics Instructor (VEX Robotics) at MindSprout Montessori At MindSprout Montessori, we believe learning should be hands-on, engaging, and meaningful. We are seeking a passionate Robotics Instructor to lead our VEX Robotics enrichment program for the 2026-2027 school year. If you enjoy working with children, have an interest in robotics and STEM education, and want to inspire the next generation of innovators, we'd love to hear from you!

Spring, TX Class Size:
6-12 students Curriculum Provided | Montessori Environment | Supportive Team Culture Robotics Instructor (Ages 5-14, grouped by age)
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 1:00 PM-3:00
PM Time Commitment:
8 hours per week
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience Responsibilities Lead engaging, hands-on robotics classes using the VEX Robotics program Guide students through building, programming, testing, and problem-solving challenges Foster creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and engineering skills Create a positive and encouraging learning environment Communicate effectively with school leadership regarding class progress and needs Qualifications 2 years experience working with children in an educational, camp, coaching, or mentoring setting Familiarity with robotics, engineering, coding, or STEM education No experience with VEX Robotics necessary Strong communication and classroom management skills Enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about inspiring young learners Associates Degree Why Join MindSprout Montessori?
