Position Overview Our client is seeking a Customer Success Automation Architect to lead deployment, training, and long-term success of autonomous material handling solutions. This is a highly customer-facing role blending implementation, technical troubleshooting, training, and account ownership to drive adoption and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support deployment and implementation of autonomous forklift and material handling solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Tier I/Tier II customer support. Train customers and internal teams on autonomous products and best practices. Conduct product demonstrations, customer visits, and deployment support activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and post-deployment success. Perform 30/60/90-day customer check-ins and annual site visits to ensure ROI and product utilization goals are achieved. Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and aftermarket teams to drive customer success and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, field service, deployment, automation, robotics, material handling, industrial equipment, or related industries. Strong customer-facing communication and training abilities. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in the field. Experience with AGVs, robotics, automation, forklifts, industrial equipment, or warehouse operations is highly preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
