Job Description

Work hands‑on with advanced automation technology-including FANUC robotic systems•while enjoying strong technical support and ongoing training. About the Role You'll service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robotic equipment (with a strong focus on FANUC robots ), support system installations, and help customers optimize their automation processes. While you'll often work independently in the field, you'll always have expert support behind you. Key Responsibilities Maintain, diagnose, and repair robotic systems (mechanical, electrical, and controls/programming), including FANUC robots . Provide on‑site and remote technical support, training, and best‑practice guidance. Assist with installation and commissioning of new automation equipment. Document service work and recommend preventive maintenance. Stay current with robotics advancements through ongoing training. What You Bring Field service or technical support experience-ideally in robotics or industrial automation. Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer‑facing skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and travel as needed.
