    • What You'll Do
    • As an MRT, you'll be at the heart of operations—keeping systems moving and solving real-world technical challenges: + Install, maintain, and repair
    • material handling equipment
    • (conveyors and automated systems) + Perform
    • preventative and predictive maintenance
    • to maximize uptime + Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes quickly and effectively + Work with
    • electrical components, motors, sensors, and control systems
    • + Read and interpret
    • blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
    • + Execute battery maintenance and replacements + Track equipment performance and log downtime data + Manage spare parts inventory and ensure readiness for repairs + Use digital systems to document work orders and maintenance activity
    • What You Bring
    • We're looking for driven, hands-on problem-solvers who thrive in an industrial environment:
    • Required:
    • + 2+ years of experience in
    • industrial or equipment maintenance
    • + 2+ years working on
    • conveyors, MHE, or automated systems
    • + Experience reading
    • electrical schematics and blueprints
    • + Working knowledge of
    • electrical and mechanical systems
    • + Experience performing
    • preventative & predictive maintenance
    • + Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills + Familiarity with
    • safety standards and procedures
    • + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) + High school diploma or equivalent
    • Nice-to-Have (Stand Out Skills)
    • + Experience with
    • PLC systems and controls
    • + Exposure to
    • robotics or automation systems
    • + Knowledge of
    • hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors
    • + Experience with a
    • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
    • + Background in
    • distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments
    • + Vocational or associate degree in
    • Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
    • + Apprenticeship or hands-on technical training

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $25.00
    • $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following
