  Sr. Maintenance Technician

• Description
• The Sr Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (SMRT) will be responsible for the following:
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (

Ex:

conveyors)

• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures
• Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries
• Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets
• Electrical, knowledge of basics components
• Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment
• Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts
• Skills
• industrial maintenance, equipment maintenance, electro mechanical, electrical maintenance, industrial electrical, leadership development, conveyer, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematic, motors, electrical wiring, plcs, controls systems
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• 4+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
• 4+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls
• 4+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
• 4+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles
• 3+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems
• 4+ year experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards
• 3+ year experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

• The pay range for this position is $42.60
