San Francisco, California Schedule:
 Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift (onsite) with occasional weekend support as needed.
Contract To Hire:
 convert to FTE after 6 months A growing automation and robotics company is seeking a hands-on Senior Electrical Technician to support the build, troubleshooting, and deployment of advanced equipment and automation systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong maintenance/electrical technician background who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and mentoring others. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates from robotics, manufacturing, automation, semiconductor, warehouse automation, or other technical environments are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Build and wire electrical cabinets and harnesses Troubleshoot equipment issues onsite and remotely Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and sensor documentation Support system testing, repairs, and installations Mentor/supervise technicians and collaborate with engineering and hardware teams Diagnose issues independently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications Required:
Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation Experience with cabinet building and harness wiring Knowledge of low-voltage DC systems (24V-48V) and AC power (110V, 240V, 480V) Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work independently High attention to wiring quality and craftsmanship
Preferred:
Automotive, robotics, or automation experience Exposure to robotic systems (Fanuc a plus) PLC wiring experience (programming not required) Experience in fast-paced or startup-like environments Why Join?
