Prostar Robotics Service Technician

Prostar Robotics is Southern Idaho's leader in robotic milking equipment. As a Service Technician, you will be shaping the future. Our technicians have a dual-purpose role, working in conventional and robotic dairies on issues such as refrigeration, plumbing, sensor failures, welding, pneumatic, robot alarms, scheduled maintenance, and mechanical issues. As new projects occur, our technicians also help with layout, installation, and setup of new equipment. Training Assist in service calls with other technicians as required. Robotic Technicians will attend certification classes yearly as they become more acquainted with the robotic system. Key Competencies Problem Analysis

This will require forethought, planning out a few days in advance, and arranging resources in advance to meet deadlines and goals. Requirements Work indoors and outdoors year round Ability to work from ladders at elevated heights Safely lift 50+ pounds and work with it overhead Own a driver's license and maintain a clean driving record Be able to pass drug tests which may be given randomly during employment On-Call availability as required from time to time.
