RHR's technology is a software-driven, hardware-enabled solution that enables our robots to fulfill orders by picking and placing everyday items, even those it has never seen before. RHR is experiencing strong demand for our product, RightPick, in both the US and international markets. We are looking to grow our team with an Operations Technician . This role works closely with our Mechanical Engineering, Solutions Design, and Deployment teams to build, assemble, and maintain components and robotic systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and excited to support innovative robotic solutions that keep global warehouses running smoothly. Initially, you will be tasked with building, testing and packing 20-30 RightPick systems.
You will:
Assemble, test, and pack Right Pick Robotic Cells Assemble components such as cameras and grippers to support deployments Assist with in-office cell builds, demos, and testing setups Help maintain and refresh faux cells used for demos and internal testing Aid in optimizing build process Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs and work on your feet for the majority of the workdayRequired Skills/ Experience:
Associates degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics field OR equivalent hands-on experience Experience with mechanical assembly, basic fabrication, and working with tools and shop equipment Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Strong organizational skills to manage parts, assemblies, and documentation A proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to jump in and support where needed Excellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Skills:
Experience with robotics or mechanical equipment assembly Familiarity with CAD software (we use OnShape) for review or basic edits Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Familiar with electrical schematics and wiringSimilar remote jobs
