Shift:
5:00 AM•3:00 PM $30•37/hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Robotic Technician to support production by maintaining and troubleshooting automated equipment and robotic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment uptime, product quality, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair production machinery, electrical systems, and robotic equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with automated systems, including robotic welding, assembly, and material-handling equipment Dismantle defective machines, replace or repair components, and verify system performance Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve production issues quickly and effectively Maintain compliance with all safety standards, procedures, and regulations Qualifications Experience working with industrial robotic systems (FANUC, Motoman, or similar preferred) Working knowledge of PLC controls and basic troubleshooting Electrical experience up to 480V Strong mechanical aptitude; millwright experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Preferred Skills (Highly Valued) Experience in automotive manufacturing or robotic welding environments Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated production systems Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay ($30•37) Stable, full-time 1st shift schedule Opportunity to work with advanced robotics and automation technology Team-focused, safety-driven workplace
