- $20•22/Hour Evaluation-to-Hire | Full-Time, Mon-Fri 6:00AM-2:30PM | Pine City, MN Manufacturing | Weekly Pay Position Overview Express Employment Professionals•Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Robotic Welder openings in Pine City, MN .

Pine City, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Robotic Welding Setup — Prepare robotic welding cells, load parts, and verify correct programs before operation. Machine Operation — Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently to meet production requirements. Quality Inspection — Inspect welded components for accuracy, proper bead formation, and adherence to specifications. Fixture & Tooling Use — Position parts using fixtures, jigs, and templates to ensure consistent weld placement. Maintenance & Troubleshooting — Perform basic cleaning, minor adjustments, and report mechanical or programming issues to supervisors. Qualifications Welding Experience — Previous welding or robotic welding experience preferred. Blueprint Reading — Ability to read and interpret production drawings and weld symbols. Mechanical Aptitude — Strong understanding of mechanical processes and equipment operation. Attention to Detail — Ability to identify defects and maintain high-quality standards. Physical Capability — Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
