What You Will Do:
Support daily operation of industrial robots and automated production cells Troubleshoot robot faults, alarms, and cycle interruptions to keep production moving Assist with robot programming, teach pendant operation, and path adjustments Work with EOAT (grippers, vacuum systems, actuators) and peripheral equipment Help integrate robotic systems with PLCs, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems Support installation, startup, and commissioning of robotic equipment Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in cycle time and quality Maintain documentation for robot programs and system updates
What You Bring:
Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field (preferred) 4+ years of experience with robotic or automated systems Exposure to platforms like FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa Basic understanding of robot programming and teach pendant operation Ability to read schematics, robot layouts, and automation drawings Experience with PLC environments and industrial automation systems (preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for learning Why Join Us?
