Job Description

Job Title:
Robotic Welder - Manufacturing (Day Shift) Job Summary We're hiring a Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you'll operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded parts. We're looking for someone with welding or manufacturing experience, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. No robotic welding experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right candidate.
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$20.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Day Shift) What You'll Do Operate robotic welding machines and related equipment Load and unload parts into welding fixtures Monitor weld quality and perform visual inspections Make basic machine adjustments as needed Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report as needed Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as required Follow all safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area Consistently meet production and quality goals What We're Looking For Previous welding or manufacturing experience (robotic welding experience a plus, not required) Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team player, eager to learn
