Job Description

Shift:
3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) We are looking for a proactive and skilled Assembly Weld Technician to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced, highly automated automotive environment. You will play a critical role in keeping our production lines moving by maintaining machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring top-tier weld quality. Why Join Us?

What You Bring Experience:
3+ years of experience in an applicable maintenance or welding field is preferred.
Education:
An Associate s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Skillset:
Proficiency with hand/power tools, measurement systems, and basic robot programming. PLC controls knowledge is highly desirable.
Mindset:
A safety-conscious, self-starter who excels at multitasking and solving complex mechanical problems.
salary:
$60,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 10 PM - 6

Do Maintain & Troubleshoot:
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and pneumatic tools; diagnose and repair equipment and weld failures.
Robot Operations:
Reteach weld cells to maintain quality standards and assist with jig tuning.
Technical Support:
Read blueprints and manuals, adjust weld schedules, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems (hydraulics, robotics, etc.).
Safety First:
Maintain a safe workspace, follow all lockout/tagout procedures, and keep our production lines efficient and operational.
