Job Description
Senior Manager responsible for the general maintenance and operations of all robotic applications and DC tooling. Ensure that all robotic applications and tools are in good working order. Provide necessary on-site support for robotic applications and tooling when inoperable. Work with established third-party suppliers for support as necessary (repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance). Track all unique and/or first-time issues to include corrective action. Train employees designated by management supporting all applicable shift(s) to troubleshoot recurring issues. Develop, document and manage an annual maintenance schedule for all robotic systems. Coordinate quoting and implementation of new tooling needs. Project set up and training for new applications until all equipment meets operational objectives. Track ALL tooling serial numbers and assign customer asset number and tag as required.
