Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Robotic Weld Technician to join our team and drive excellence in automated welding processes. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced industrial robotic systems, including Fanuc robots, to optimize manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about robotics engineering, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Program and optimize Fanuc robotic welding systems using robot programming languages and ladder logic (LD) for seamless automation. Troubleshoot PLC's Configure human-machine interfaces (HMI) for intuitive operation and real-time monitoring of robotic systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to industrial robotic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control system faults. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to support installation and maintenance activities. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain detailed documentation of robot configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and system modifications. Conduct root cause analysis on system failures to prevent recurrence and improve overall equipment effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience with industrial robotic systems, especially Fanuc robots or similar brands. Strong knowledge of robotics engineering principles including robot programming, HMI configuration, and industrial networks. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings such as electrical schematics and blueprints. Hands-on experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role involving automation troubleshooting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), ladder logic (LD), distributed control systems (DCS), and AutoCAD or SolidWorks for tooling design. Understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards is a plus for regulated manufacturing environments. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous process improvement. Pay:
$33.00 - $39.00 per hour
