Worth, TX area. Operation will be 24/7 so we will are looking for multiple candidates for multiple shifts. These are full time positions, shifts to be determined. Performs site-specific operational functions as determined by Roboworx and client. Responsible for overall livelihood of account, overseeing day to day operations, training, building client relations, and administrative tasks. Manage, Support, and Service fleet of robots in a warehouse environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
o Able to quickly learn customer product and speak on its benefits in detail. o Provide reporting to both the client and Roboworx o Has knowledge of all operational functions at site o Provides superior level of customer service to existing and prospective customers o Maintains standard operating procedures for sites and develops procedures as service requirements change o Work with client for the implementation and maintenance of the onsite training program o Adheres to company's quality standards o Processes administrative paperwork, data collection and information gathering o Completes projects assigned by management and/or client o Maintains clean and organized account
Robotics Responsibilities:
o Inspections of the robots and any supporting infrastructure to verify all are in good working order. o Perform Preventative Maintenance on robots as per determined schedule o Retrieve logs from robots as necessary and transfer them to the partner team. o Understand manuals and schematics provided and be the first point of contact in helping the customer resolve minor issues that may occur. o Observe behavior of robots and pass on appropriate feedback and suggestions to partner team. o Monitor Robot operation and Report findings regularly to partner. o Work with partner or third party engineers when necessary to resolve any software issues or fine-tune processes. o Help set up the internet connectivity for robots, register robots to the Cloud, etc o Help in the setup of vendor side hardware and register the same onto the Cloud o Help set up any customer end infra such as charging stations, parking bays or add fiducial markers such as QR Codes to aid in robot navigation o Unpacking and initial screening of newly shipped robots for mechanical and electrical sanity. o Sync up with the Partner team in verifying sensor state and calibration if necessary. o Map the area to be deployed using the robot and set up waypoints and navigation rules. o Identify and coordinate with our POC for positions for charging stations, preferred routes for navigation. o Help set up and integrate robots added post installation into processes. o AMR experience a plus Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Job Specifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Required qualities include customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiasm, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and team player. Mechanical, electrical, technical, or robotics experience a huge plus. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. and push wheeled carts and/or dollies; large amount of time spent standing and walking.
