$23+/hour (DOE) PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry leader in AI robotics, autonomous logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment to hire a driven and detail-oriented Robotics Operator Lead. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll help shape the future of intelligent robotic systems by guiding data collection operations that directly improve AI performance, automation accuracy, and real-world warehouse capabilities. Make an Impact In this role, you'll be deeply involved in real-world robot operations , helping improve how robots learn and perform in warehouse environments. You'll work side-by-side with your team—supporting teleoperation, data collection, and daily workflows —while helping connect feedback between teams to make the technology better every day. Your leadership, attention to detail, and operational consistency will directly contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-driven robotic technologies. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Act as a point of connection between teams , helping information flow smoothly Work directly with robotic systems by supporting teleoperation tasks and workflows Help ensure high-quality data is collected, labeled, and organized properly Keep an eye on robot performance and flag issues, inconsistencies, or edge cases Share feedback with engineering and research teams to help improve system performance Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Stay flexible and jump in where needed to keep operations running efficiently What You Bring Required Qualifications 2-3 years of warehouse assembly and/or operations experience Experience supporting or guiding teams in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency in your work Comfortable being on your feet and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day Ability to follow structured processes and safety guidelines Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude Flexibility with schedule as needed Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience Experience working with robotics, teleoperation, or hardware-focused workflows Familiarity with data annotation processes or labeling tools Understanding of warehouse, industrial, or lab safety procedures Basic technical proficiency with computers, command line tools, Linux basics, or calibration interfaces Why Join Us?

Pay Details:
$23.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
