Robotic Welding Operator:
Program, set up, and maintain robotic welding systems to support production Develop and proof welding programs for first-article and ongoing production runs Optimize welding paths, cycle times, and processes to improve efficiency and quality Collaborate with engineers, operators, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements Train and support operators by sharing technical knowledge and best practices Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on robotic welding equipment Monitor weld quality and ensure all products meet engineering specifications and standards Communicate technical issues with management and external vendors as needed What You Need to
Bring Robotic Welding Operator:
3-5 years of robotic welding experience with relevant certification High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Proficiency with robotic welding platforms (e.g., FANUC, ABB, or Yaskawa) Experience with programming tools such as RobotMaster or Motoman/Yaskawa systems Strong understanding of welding processes, parameters, and quality standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to pass internal weld testing and perform visual inspections of weld quality Ready to Apply?
