% Benefits Premium Covered + 401(k) 3% Match + Medical, Dental & Vision Georgia, GA (Up to 40% Travel) Are you an Electrical Engineer with hands-on Solar PV commissioning experience looking to become the technical authority on complex renewable energy projects for one of the top-ranked EPCs in the US? On offer is a senior engineering role where you will own the commissioning process end to end. There is a clear path for you to progress here. This company has installed over 400MW of clean energy across the US and has been ranked among the nation's top solar contractors for over a decade. Their reputation has been built on technical excellence and quality of delivery. The engineering team is lean and senior, meaning your expertise will carry real weight and your work will be visible at every stage of the project. This is not a support role. You will be the technical lead on commissioning, the person internal teams and clients depend on to validate work, resolve issues, and sign off projects. If you want to be recognised as a specialist in solar PV and BESS commissioning and operate at the sharp end of project delivery, this is the environment for it. This role would suit a senior electrical engineer with direct PV commissioning experience who wants technical ownership, US-wide project exposure, and a platform to be the best in their field.
The Role:
Lead commissioning activities for Solar PV and BESS projects - hands-on and oversight responsibility Technical authority for test procedures, third-party commissioning review, and customer-facing reporting Troubleshoot field issues and own resolution across controls, protection, and testing Work across the full project lifecycle from design through startup, turnover, and final acceptance
