Project Manager Survey 1 is an established, 30+ year provider of land surveying and geospatial solutions. We serve all of NWA and diverse sectors including construction, engineering, and environmental planning. Join our team to grow your skills in a dynamic collaborative environment
POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a motivated Survey CAD Technician to perform outdoor surveying tasks and contribute to CAD-based drafting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about blending fieldwork with technical office work. Training in CAD software is provided for candidates eager to learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office/CAD Work 60-70% Process CAD data using CAD Software Assist in preparing survey maps, plats and legal descriptions Perform quality checks on drawings and reports Field Work 30-40% Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, etc Collect and record field data Collaborate with team to meet client deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma Prior surveying a plusC AD proficiency (AutoCAD, InteliCAD) is advantageous Ability to work outdoors Valid Drivers license and ability to drive company vehicles to sites
