This information is used to prepare a Reserve Study Report and Funding Analysis for the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate can inspect and identify reserve components and their respective wear-out including building, hardscape and landscape, has excellent math and geometry skills, is proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Google Earth and ArcGIS, and has strong verbal and written communication skills. Experienced in reading construction plans, site plans, and Governing Documents including but not limited to Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Position requires careful attention to detail, reliable accuracy, and the ability to work in an organized and methodical manner. Able to handle very large inspection jobs with many components, keeping track of what has already been inspected and measured, and what still needs to be inspected and measured. The Reserve Analyst must keep organized, accurate and complete working notes and documentation. Successful candidate will have efficient time management skills and must be able to fulfill production requirements. This is a full time, 40 hours per week position. Occasional overtime may be required. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, proof of automobile insurance, and passing a background investigation are required.
