•Great position for a candidate seeking a surveyor's license! We are willing to offer competitive compensation based on your experience! Long-time small family business looking to grow! So, if you're looking for a great place to work (and work near the BEACH)- we're hiring! Local, well-established, 3rd generation family land surveying and mapping company is currently seeking Full-time CAD operators to prepare maps and drawings. Candidates must be able to define drawing and project needs, gather and integrate data, and determine the most appropriate presentation for the survey in CAD. Good communication and organization skills are a must. We're looking for someone dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated to join our crew. Salary will be based on experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience, specifically in a Land Surveying environment preferred Experience with Carlson Survey software preferred Knowledgeable with: Boundary, Tree, Topographic, ALTA, and As-Built Surveys, as well as with setting points for construction layouts, and completion of FEMA Elevation Certificates Ability to research the required public records and analyze data required in producing quality surveys Prefer knowledge with Atlas conversion Must be able to create drawings from field notes, data collection, legal descriptions, etc. Must be able to Start and Finish all projects with little supervision Must be able to adhere to deadlines Ability to read legal descriptions is preferred This position involves long hours at the computer Must get along with others and be open to helping out everyone in our small company. Teamwork and communication are required.

Hourly - to bedetermined by experience Must be able to work from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday (Minimum).
