Looking for a career with freedom, independence, and great earning potential? We're hiring motivated Field Technicians to join our growing land surveying team! What You'll Do As a Field Technician, you'll complete field work for Mortgage Inspection Plans throughout Massachusetts. Every day brings a new location, new challenges, and the opportunity to work independently in the field. You'll be assigned a daily territory with scheduled jobs and will work outdoors year-round in a fast-paced, active environment. Position Details Full-Time | Monday-Friday 31-40 hours per week ️ Seasonal/Summer applicants encouraged to apply!

Pay & Earning Potential Training Period:

$15/hour (or minimum wage)

After Training:

Piecework or commission-based $12 - $24 per job The more motivated and efficient you are, the more you can earn!
