Survey CAD Technician CAD Technician - Civil Engineering & SurveyingWe're a well-established civil engineering and land surveying firm in the DC metro area looking for a talented CAD Technician to join our collaborative team. If you enjoy creating clean, accurate drawings that support exciting land development projects — from site layouts and grading plans to stormwater, utilities, and detailed surveys — we'd love to meet you! You'll work on a variety of interesting projects including urban infill, mixed-use developments, and property improvements in the growing DC region.

What you'll do:

• Prepare civil site plans, grading, utility, and stormwater designs
• Support land surveying efforts with boundary, topographic, and as-built drawings
• Help our team deliver high-quality, precise work that helps clients succeed with permitting and constructionWhat we're looking for:
• Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a big plus)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clear, professional drawings
• A positive attitude and desire to be part of a supportive, experienced team
