Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Work as part of a team of skilled and dedicated land surveyors Perform a wide variety of tasks including construction staking, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, project control, running level loops, and flood plain surveys Utilize survey grade equipment including Trimble
R10 & R12 GPS
receivers, Trimble Robotic total stations, and digital leveling equipment Travel to project sites (up to 10 weeks of travel per year) Perform office tasks including survey calculations, preparing survey notes & exhibits, using
AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and MS Office Education Requirements:
High School Diploma AS or BS in Land Surveying or Construction Technology, a Land Surveying minor, or related degree (preferred) Required Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications): 1+ years of surveying experience Valid driver's license Proficiency with Trimble GPS, robotic total stations, and digital leveling equipment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Attention to detail Strong communication and note taking skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Ability to operate independently in the field Preferred Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):
