Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Trimble total station operation. Complete understanding of job specs, schedule, and construction sequencing. Possible CADD work involves the placing of Trimble points. Aid in keeping the Trimble Manager in the loop on what is happening on site. Maintain and file all jobs in organized folders. Provide as-built points and DWG files back to coordination. Provide Superintendents with locations of certain points in the field. Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings. Use computer assisted drafting and design (CADD) equipment and software - Revit, AutoCAD MEP.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to operate and understand Trimble equipment; perform 3D scans, knowledge of Trimble Total Stations and their abilities. Capable of working in the field and performing field tasks, as required. Ability to demonstrate high level of MEP system knowledge, construction techniques, and special awareness. Ability to read/interpret documents, write routine daily reports, correspondence and construct informative/organized emails. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to learn and evolve with the progression of technology. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Pay:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
