AutoCAD Survey Tech

CBIZ Talent Solutions is working with our Warren County, NJ Civil and Environmental Engineering client looking for a full-time AutoCAD Survey Tech to join their team. The candidate will provide support to the Survey team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct boundary research and record plotting Download and process field data for map creation Analyze title reports and related documents Assist with site design, grading, and layout Prepare maps and drawings from survey field data for engineering projects Coordinate project submissions to local and state agencies Collaborate with team members and provide project assistance as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Familiarity with site construction is a plus Experience with local and state permitting for site development is a plus Professional License (SIT/PLS) is a plus Experience preparing and submitting civil engineering or surveying plans to agencies Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Explorer Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compensation range is between $60-$70K/year depending on experience.
