F3, one of the fastest-growing surveying firms in the region, is actively recruiting skilled Survey CAD Technicans for our Sparks office. The Survey CAD Technician I provides entry-level drafting support for land surveying projects. This role focuses on learning CAD standards, processing basic data, and assisting with drawing production under direct supervision. The position requires attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow direction closely. Essential Functions
  • Assist with preparation of survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Process basic field data and incorporate it into CAD files under supervision.
  • Follow company CAD standards and project instructions.
  • Perform revisions and updates to drawings as directed.
  • Organize and maintain project files.
  • Communicate with team members regarding assigned tasks and progress Additional Duties
  • Participate in training and skill development activities.
  • Assist with general office or production support tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of drafting or related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Preferred Credentials
  • Coursework or certificate in Drafting, Surveying, or related field.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3
D Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
