CAD Technician Location:
Columbus or Akron, OH Our team of 40+ professionals have access to latest tools such as GPS, robotic, UAV technology, and hydrographic surveying equipment. Our Land Surveying team does it all, from
ALTA/NSPS
Land Title Surveys to topographic and boundary surveys, to hydrographic, transportation and utility route surveys, to right-of-way services and construction staking. Responsibilities Provide construction staking calculations to field crew Process field data into topographic surveys and
ALTA/NSPS
Land Title Surveys Prepare exhibits, layout property and easement descriptions. Download LiDAR and aerial photography from public domain site Other duties as assigned Qualifications Fluent in Civil3D (current versions) Fluent in Autodesk AutoCAD (current versions) OpenRoads Designer experience a plus 3 or more years of CAD experience relating to survey and/or civil engineering Knowledge of other related software (Trimble Business Center, GIS, etc.) Experience with scanning or other non-traditional surveying technologies
ALTA/NSPS
Land Title and Location Control Route Survey Experience is a plus Right of Way Parcel Plats and Legal Descriptions a plus Right of Way Engineering Plan Development a plus
