Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Glazing Support Technician to join our team. This role supports daily operations by assisting with measurements, customer interactions, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with measurements, communicates clearly, and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately read and use a tape measure for glass and glazing projects Assist with project preparation, measurements, and documentation Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates Support order processing and ensure accuracy of job details Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Maintain organized records and job information

Qualifications:

Ability to confidently read and use a tape measure (required) Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude Clear and effective verbal and written communication Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and data entry Ability to follow instructions and work independently Prior experience in glazing, construction, or a related field is a plus (not required)

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of glass types and glazing systems Familiarity with work orders, invoicing, or estimating
