This position requires travel to various work sites throughout the State of Texas. The Technician Assistant will be responsible for assisting technician with HVAC related tasks and services. The successful candidate will need to be computer and technology savvy (use of I-Pads and related equipment necessary), have basic math skills, and be comfortable with the use of new equipment. Training will be provided to candidates selected. The Technician Assistant will need to assist with the testing and measurement of airflow in commercial buildings. This position requires frequent standing, sitting, use of a ladder and work that involves being on roof tops. This position will be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Use of a company vehicle will be necessary for travel to work sites as needed. Must have reliable transportation to report to main office on time. Preferred experience in HVAC. Preferred knowledge in interpreting blue prints, building plans and work drawings.
