We are a Land Surveying and Remote Sensing firm with an amazing team in our Vancouver, WA office. We utilize conventional survey methods, terrestrial LiDAR (3D scanning) and UAS aerial LiDAR and photogrammetric mapping to produce standardized and/or customizable deliverables to our clients. Our team tackles topographic and boundary/ROW projects large and small throughout the northwest - supporting projects for federal, state, city, utility, transportation, power/energy, industrial, and private residential/commercial development. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Technician to support our land surveying projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Trimble Business Center is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare survey drawings, plats, and other project deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Process and manage survey data in Trimble Business Center. Analyze and organize data for efficient project execution. Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables. Perform quality control checks on deliverables to maintain high standards. Assist in creating project reports using Microsoft Excel. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for land surveying projects. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills. Preferred Qualifications LSIT or PLS Experience processing data using Trimble Business Center.
