$100,000•$140,000 We are seeking a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to manage and deliver surveying projects while serving as the technical authority for boundary decisions, deliverable review, and quality control. What You Will Be Doing Manage survey projects including boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction layout
Perform boundary analysis, deed research, and resolve complex survey issues
Review and certify plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports
Serve as the decision maker on boundary questions and complex geometry issues
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to standards
Maintain QA/QC processes across field and office work
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams
Mentor junior staff and support team development
Utilize and guide use of GPS, total stations, LiDAR, and drone technology (experience is a plus) What You Will Need For This Job Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
Alabama license preferred OR ability to obtain via reciprocity
Carlson CAD is a huge plus, but not required. Strong experience with boundary analysis and survey problem solving
Experience reviewing and stamping survey deliverables
Knowledge of ALTA/NSPS
standards
