Land Survey Crew Chief (Experience Required - Minimum 2 years )

Originally founded in 2009 as Smith, Kolb & Associates. Our team is based out of Spanish Fort, Alabama and serves clients across Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Smith, Clark & Associates is committed to providing our clients an accurate, insightful, and economical solution to their project needs. The candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:  Field note reduction and in-depth plan interpretation.  Knowledge of the principles of the profession and various technical standards.  Working knowledge of how to operate, check and perform basic field adjustments on rods, levels, tribrachs, robotic total stations, data collectors, tripods and GPS equipment.  Download field data  Good math skills.  Ability to work as a one man crew if needed  Some over night travel  Able to work overtime.  Maintain all survey equipment and accessories  Search for sections corners, property corners and survey points.

Requirements:



Survey Crew Chief:

A minimum experience of 3 years in land surveying including knowledge of topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking. Must be familiar with GPS and RoboticTotal Stations.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
