Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features. This role requires proficiency in various surveying techniques and tools, including CAD software, and a strong understanding of civil engineering principles. The Land Surveyor will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for project development. Responsibilities Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology. Prepare detailed schematics and reports based on survey data. Utilize software such as Civil 3D and ArcGIS for data analysis and presentation. Perform calculations involving trigonometry and geometry to ensure precise measurements. Collect data on-site, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with civil engineers to support project design and implementation. Maintain records of survey results and provide recommendations based on findings. Operate Trimble equipment for efficient data collection and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in land surveying or a similar role. Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Civil 3D is highly desirable. Strong understanding of surveying principles, including geometry and trigonometry. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
