This position plays a critical role in identifying and documenting concrete trip hazards and ADA-related safety concerns throughout commercial, municipal, HOA, retail, and multifamily properties across California and Nevada. This is a field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, traveling to different locations, and being part of a fast-paced construction and pavement maintenance company. Responsibilities
  • Inspect sidewalks, walkways, curbs, ramps, and concrete surfaces for trip hazards and accessibility concerns
  • Measure and document elevation changes, cracking, surface damage, and ADA deficiencies
  • Take organized site photos and maintain accurate field documentation
  • Communicate findings clearly with project managers and office staff
  • Travel throughout California and Nevada to perform site assessments
  • Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and property representatives
  • Follow company safety standards and jobsite procedures
  • Assist with field verification and project coordination as needed Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality workmanship
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather and jobsite conditions
  • Capable of standing and working on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally, as needed
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug screening
  • Must be able to successfully pass DOJ and FBI background screening
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Prior construction, concrete, inspection, or field service experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay ranging from $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience
