Job Description
Licensed Survey Manager Responsibilities This role leads survey project delivery for both public and private agencies, provides technical oversight, mentors staff, ensures quality standards, and supports client coordination Monitor project performance, QA/QC, client satisfaction, and safety standards, ensuring that operational excellence remains a top priority Preparing legal exhibits including plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports Oversee all survey operations including staffing, budgets, schedules, and resource planning Post-processing field data collected via total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems Creating mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys Preparing construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files Required Experience Eight or more years of related work experience Proven ability to manage multiple teams and porjects Ability to Perform ALTA/ACSM, Boundary, topographic, and Construction Survey's The ability to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients Working knowledge of Trimble, Sokkia, or Leica Surveying Equipment Proficiency with AutoCAD specifically Civil3D Required Education Associates or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or land Surveying is preferred PLS licensure preferred, but would consider a strong LSIT My name is Chris Albano and I place engineering professionals at all levels across the country.
